Well, I just shared with you the reason… decreasing calories is NOT the best method for losing body fat.

The “typical” method of working out called Long-Steady State Cardio, jogging for example, is not ideal for burning calories too.
Let’s take the marathon for example.
A marathon is 26.2 miles.
